2025 Senior Polo Fitted S/S

The second round of ordering for the 2024 Urrbrae Senior Polo is now open and closes at 9am Monday 10th February with a late Term 1 delivery.

Orders must be placed online and received on or before the due date. No late orders can be accepted.

Once completed, all polos will be shipped to school for distribution. Delivery to personal address and click and collect are not available for this order.

Sizing is the same as your general uniform polo however a sizing chart is also available online. Please choose your size carefully as these polos are produced to order only and exchange and refund are not available for this order.

Shipping

• We ship within Australia using our network of trusted courier companies.
• We prefer to send your parcels to home addresses, as opposed to P.O. boxes to keep the cost down.

Timeframe

• For products that are in stock, consignments are usually dispatched within 24 hours of orders being received, weekends and holidays excluded. You should then allow 1-3 business days to receive your delivery.
• If a product in your order is out of stock, please contact the store for clarification on when you can expect delivery. You will not be charged extra in freight cost for part deliveries of the same order.

Commemorative

• For Commemorative (Year 6/12 leavers tops) that are made to order, please contact your school for expected delivery dates.

RETURNS POLICY

We try to make it as easy as possible to rectify mishaps with purchases and hope the following requirements help you navigate the process.

• Goods need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Goods must be in original condition, unaltered, unworn, unsoiled and undamaged.
• We require all original tags and packaging to be intact.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customised items personalised with embroidery or screen printing, or garments made to order.
• Nor can we accept returns of sale or last run items.
• Items purchased online should follow the same procedure as those purchased instore.
• Items must be returned to the store or stores which your school is serviced by.
