Orders for the 2025 Whyalla Senior Hoodie are now open.
Please place your order before 8am on Monday 10th of February 2025.
A sizing range will be available for trying on prior to placing your order at the Netball rooms from 9th to the 11th of January, after that, the sizing range will be available at school to try on, until the order close date.
Please ensure you try a top on prior to placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size. These hoodies are made to order only and refund and exchange do not apply.
Once completed, all hoodies will be sent to the school for handout. Delivery to personal address is not available for this order.
Any late orders placed will delay the arrival of the whole order and therefore cannot be accepted. Please place your order promptly to enable us to arrange for the order to arrive as soon as possible.

Delivery
Shipping
- We ship within Australia using our network of trusted courier companies.
- We prefer to send your parcels to home addresses, as opposed to P.O. boxes to keep the cost down.
Timeframe
- For products that are in stock, consignments are usually dispatched within 24 hours of orders being received, weekends and holidays excluded. You should then allow 1-3 business days to receive your delivery.
- If a product in your order is out of stock, please contact the store for clarification on when you can expect delivery. You will not be charged extra in freight cost for part deliveries of the same order.
Commemorative
- For Commemorative (Year 6/12 leavers tops) that are made to order, please contact your school for expected delivery dates.
Returns
RETURNS POLICY
We try to make it as easy as possible to rectify mishaps with purchases and hope the following requirements help you navigate the process.
- Goods need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original condition, unaltered, unworn, unsoiled and undamaged.
- We require all original tags and packaging to be intact.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customised items personalised with embroidery or screen printing, or garments made to order.
- Nor can we accept returns of sale or last run items.
- Items purchased online should follow the same procedure as those purchased instore.
- Items must be returned to the store or stores which your school is serviced by.
